Singapore delivery options

1. Standard Courier: (With Tracking Number)

Our courier takes up to 3 working days (Excludes Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays)

Courier may deliver on Saturday, depending on each driver's schedule which is not controllable from our side.

Contact number is required.

Do also leave instructions for our courier at the remarks section in the event of failed delivery: E.g Please leave it at the riser if nobody is home.

In the event there is a failed delivery, an email will be automatically triggered by our courier to the email provided during the check out.

Our courier will attempt 2 deliveries, and if the receipient cannot be contacted, the package will be returned to us and a re-delivery fee will be charged by the courier.

** Do note that deliveries to remote areas (e.g Sentosa) will be subjected to another $15 surcharge. As the system is not able to restrict the location during check out, a subsequent top up via email notification may be required. We would advise you to avoid remote areas for delivery to prevent delays in the delivery of your parcel.

2. Same day/ Bullet courier ( With tracking number) *Limited time only

** Please note that orders consisting of backorder items will be dispatched only after all the items in the order has arrived. Please cart out your instocks separately if you wish to receive them first.

** Backorder items can be dispatched via Bullet courier after they arrive (between 2-5 weeks depending on the arrival schedule that can be found in the respective product description)

Bullet Courier will be delivered on the same day of order and payment made: excludes public holiday, festive seasons and sale period (due to the increase in volume of the parcels)

Express orders will be processed in a first come first served order. In the event of festive seasons/ long weekends/ sale periods, orders with Bullet shipping placed earlier will be processed for dispatch before those placed later.


Orders have to be placed before 11am.

Delivery will be made by 10pm

How Do I Get My Tracking Number?

Your tracking number is updated in My account > Order history and details.

Click on the Details tab at the right side of the order and scroll down to see the Tracking Number updated.

You can track the package delivered by the respective couriers in the link from our Shipping notice email sent to your email account once your order has been dispatched.

International Delivery


Malaysia international postage: 5-10 working days after dispatch

Malaysia DHL Express: 1-3 working days after dispatch


International courier:

10-14 working days after dispatch.

Price differs accordingly to weight/volumne of package.

For more detailed calculation, please add the items you would like to purchase into your cart so that the rates can be calculated accordingly by the system.

Please note that delivery periods are quoted by the international couriers.
